RETURN POLICY.

Our goal is to provide quality products that help you every day. However, if your purchase does not meet your expectations, we will take them back. All of our products have a 30 day return policy.

Things to know before returning an item:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, unaltered and unwashed.
  • The item must be returned with the original tags and packing material.
  • In the event of a manufacturing defect, we will take back the product and no questions will be asked.
  • Groupe Ranger does not accept returns of perishable products (for example, food and drinks), products with hygiene issues (for example, underwear and bras)
  • Groupe Ranger does not accept returns of personalized products for the customer.
  • Any shipping charges that may be charged on the initial purchase are non-refundable.

Note: Ranger Group, and this subsidiary, reserves the right to refuse the return request if the product does not meet the return policy or fails the quality control

How can I make a return?

If you wish to return the product to our factory, you can simply contact us so that we can prepare the return and then come on site.

 

If you would like to return the product by post, please contact customer service at info @ grouperanger and they will be happy to guide you through the return process.

 

Do I pay for the return of online orders?

You can return your online purchases for free to our factory. This allows for quick processing of refunds.

However, for a return by courier, you must bear the return costs.

If your order is defective or you received the wrong items, we will pay for the return shipping cost. However, you may be asked to provide pictures showing the problem

Can I return the order using a courier company of my choice?

Yes. Returned products must comply with the return policy. Once we receive the package, the eligible refund amount will be credited to your original payment method after inspection of the quality of the products.

Please note that Groupe Ranger does not reimburse shipping costs. Returns that do not adhere to our policy may be returned to the original shipping address at our discretion. Groupe Ranger assumes no responsibility for damage to products during transit.

When can I expect the refund amount to be credited?

Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 7-10 business days to process the refund. Please be assured that the reimbursement begins within 1 working day after the processing of the return request at Groupe Ranger.
